Muhammed Enes Kiprit (born July 9, 1999 in Berlin ) is a Turkish - German football player . The striker is under contract with Hertha BSC .

Career

Kiprit started his career at Füchse Berlin Reinickendorf . For the 2014/15 season he switched to the youth team at Tennis Borussia Berlin . In April 2015 he played against Werder Bremen for the first time for TeBe's B-Youth in the B-Junior Bundesliga .

For the 2015/16 season he moved to Hertha BSC's B-youth team . In August 2015, he scored his first goal in the B-Jugend-Bundesliga in a 1-0 win against Werder. In total, Kiprit scored 19 goals in 25 games for the Berlin U17s that season. For the 2016/17 season he moved up to the A-Juniors squad. He played his first game in the A-Junioren-Bundesliga in August 2016, when he was in the starting line-up against Energie Cottbus on matchday one of that season and was replaced by Ahmad Selman in the 75th minute. He scored his first goal in the same month - as with his first goal for the B-Jugend - in a 5-0 win against Werder. In his first season with the Hertha A-Juniors, he played 25 games and scored 19 goals.

In August 2017, he made his debut for Hertha’s second team in the Regionalliga when he came on as a substitute for Lukas Kraeft in the 51st minute against FSV Union Fürstenwalde on matchday two of the 2017/18 season . This was his only season appearance for the second team. With the A-Juniors he was German champion that season, and Kiprit was top scorer with 23 goals in 26 games.

In June 2018 he received a professional contract with Hertha and was promoted to the professional squad for the 2018/19 season. First, however, he was used for the regional league team in Berlin. He scored his first goal in the fourth-highest division in August 2018 in a 3-0 win over FC Oberlausitz Neugersdorf . With the Hertha U19 team, he also took part in the UEFA Youth League that season ; Kiprit was used in both second round games against FK Qəbələ and scored one goal in both games; the Berliners defeated the Azerbaijanis with a total score of 4: 2.

After not making a single appearance for the professionals in the first half of the season, the striker was awarded to the Austrian Bundesliga club FC Wacker Innsbruck in February 2019 . He made his Bundesliga debut in the same month when he started against FC Admira Wacker Mödling on matchday 19 of the 2018/19 season and was replaced by Daniele Gabriele in the 73rd minute . With Wacker, he had to relegate from the Bundesliga in 2019.

Then the Turk returned to Hertha. During the summer preparation, Kiprit was sorted out by head coach Ante Čović and transferred to the second team. There he scored 16 goals in 21 regional league games until the season break, which had become necessary due to the COVID-19 pandemic . In April 2020, Kiprit returned to the professional squad under the new head coach Bruno Labbadia . He did not make it into the matchday squad in any game by the end of the season.

In the 2020/21 season , Kiprit is back in the squad of the second team.

National team

Born in Germany, Kiprit made his debut against Italy for the Turkish U19 selection in September 2016 . After a total of two appearances for this, he came in April 2018 against Denmark for his only appearance for the German U19 team .

After playing for his country of birth, he returned to Turkey and made his debut against Scotland for the U21 team in November 2018 . In the game that the Turks won 2-0, he also scored his first goal for a Turkish selection.
