The Municipio Yunguyo del Litoral (also: Yunguyo de Litoral ) is a district in the Oruro department in the highlands of the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
Location in the vicinity
The municipality of Yunguyo del Litoral is one of the two in the west of a total of five municipalities in the province of Litoral . It borders in the north on the Municipio Cruz de Machacamarca , in the southwest on the Province Sabaya , in the east on the Municipio Esmeralda , and in the northeast on the Municipio Huachacalla .
The central place of the municipality is Yunguyo with 162 inhabitants ( 2012 census ) in the north-eastern part of the district, which comprises a total of only nine localities.

The climate is semi-arid and has a short humidity period in summer, the annual precipitation is low 200 mm. The annual average temperature is 5.5 ° C without significant fluctuations in the course of the year, but with strong daily fluctuations in temperature and frequent changes in frost .
