Nadia Eke (born January 11, 1993 in Accra ) is a Ghanaian triple jumper .

Athletic career

Nadia Eke gained her first international experience at the Commonwealth Games 2014 in Glasgow , where she finished tenth with 12.98 m in the final. Then she won the silver medal behind the Cameroonian Joëlle Mbumi Nkouindjin at the African Championships in Marrakech with 13.40 m and was then seventh at the Athletics Continental Cup there with 13.28 m . The following year she won the bronze medal with 13.40 m at the Africa Games in Brazzaville behind Mbumi Nkouindjin and Blessing Ibrahim from Nigeria. In 2016 she was crowned African Champion at the African Championships in Durban with 13.42 m and in 2017 she took part in the World Championships in London , where she was eliminated with 13.54 m in qualification . The following year she took part again in the Commonwealth Games in the Australian Gold Coast and was there with a width of 13.05 m tenth.

She graduated from Columbia University in New York with a degree in social psychology .
