Nadine Strittmatter
Nadine Strittmatter (born September 4, 1984 in Baden AG , Aargau ) is a Swiss model .
Life
At the age of 16, Strittmatter took part in the elite model look competition and finished in 5th place. After finishing school, she moved to London and tried in vain to get a contract with a modeling agency. To improve her French, she moved to Paris and got a contract with an agency. Shortly afterwards she was booked by Karl Lagerfeld and John Galliano for Chanel and Christian Dior for the first, large model order.
Strittmatter has been a model on the international stage since 2002. It ran in Paris, Milan, Berlin and New York for brands like Armani , Givenchy and Victoria's Secret . A high point of his career was the booking by John Galliano as a fitting model for his Dior Haute Couture Collection for one month and the subsequent opening of the show in Paris.
Off the catwalk, Strittmatter was featured on the covers of fashion magazines Vogue , Elle , Maxim and Harpers Bazaar , worked with photographers such as Peter Lindbergh , Steven Meisel , Steven Klein and Michel Comte and was featured in campaigns by Pinko, Versus, Wolford and La Perla booked.
Strittmatter has been taking acting lessons since 2007 and is increasingly dedicating himself to film production. Her first short film, Sweet Focus , was in the Short Film Corner at the International Film Festival 2011 in Cannes shown.
Strittmatter has been working with a private management team in Switzerland since 2012 and has been represented internationally by Next Management Paris since 2014 . She is an advertising medium for the Ladies Card of the Corner Card and MINI (Schweiz) AG and in 2014 she launched her first self-designed sunglasses collection together with the Swiss luxury brand Strada del Sole. She is also involved in the design process for the Zurich cult label Fabric Fronline.
She has been committed to environmental protection and sustainability in the fashion industry for years. She has been Ambassadrice for myclimate since 2012 and is involved in SolidarMed's health projects .
