Nagyberki ( German Großbergl ) is a municipality in southwest Hungary , between Kaposvár and Dombóvár , on the main road 61. The place is about 70 kilometers south of Lake Balaton , in Somogy County , but only five kilometers from the border with Tolna County .
Around 1,500 people live in Nagyberki. The most important sight is a small castle, the Vigyázó-kastély . Nagyberki has also made a name for itself as a wine town.
Sports
The soccer team of the Kaposvölgye VSC represents the place in the 2nd soccer league of Hungary, the Nemzeti Bajnokság II .
