National League 2003

The National League 2003 was the 35th staging of the National List-A cricket - League 40 Over in England . The competition was held between April 27 and September 21, 2003 by the 18 English first-class counties and Scotland . The winners were the Surrey Lions .

format

The 19 teams were divided into two divisions with 9 and 10 teams after the results of last season . In these, each team played twice against each other. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw or no result and no point for a loss. The first of Division 1 is the championship winner, the last three of Division 1 are relegated, the first three of Division 2 are promoted.
