totesport league 2005

The totesport League 2005 was the 37th edition of the national List-A-Cricket - League over 40 Over in England . The competition was held between April 17th and September 25th 2005 by the 18 English first-class counties and Scotland . The winners were the Essex Eagles .

format

The 19 teams were divided into two divisions with 9 and 10 teams after the results of last season . In these, each team played once against each other. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw or no result and no point for a loss. The first of Division 1 is the championship winner, the last three of Division 1 are relegated, the first three of Division 2 are promoted.
