The Einöde new building is a forester's lodge belonging to the Bischbrunn district of Fürstlich Löwensteinscher Park in the Lower Franconian district of Main-Spessart .

New building is at 500  m above sea level. NHN in the Spessart and belongs as an exclave in the Fürstlich Löwensteinschen Park to the municipality of Bischbrunn. The remote area is situated at an opening in the southeast direction Karlshöhe stretched Gipfelgrat the height between Hafenlohr and Heinrich Bach .

history

New building was mentioned as a cloister courtyard in a document as early as 1540. In 1594, the Würzburg bishopric recorded expenses “for the construction of the new forester's house in Speßhardt”. In order to create pastureland, the space around the new building was declared a clearing area.
