Neufeld is a locality in the market town of Aschbach-Markt in Lower Austria .

Geography and history

Neufeld is located directly west of Aschbach-Markt and belongs to the cadastral community of Mitterhausleiten .

The place is a new settlement from the 20th century, and consists of single-family houses and an industrial area in the north. In the Franziszeischen cadastre of 1822 the Aschbacher Feld corridor was recorded at this point , which was slightly built-up in the southeast ( Am Kruckaberg , today L84). Statistically it was run as a village , but today it is completely fused with Aschbach-Markt and Windfeld . The street name along the L6231 has been preserved.
