The second Tsomon Ling -Regent Ngawang Jampel Tshülthrim Gyatsho ( . Tib : ngag dbang 'jam dpal tshul khrims rgya mtsho; * 1792 in what is now county Lintan of the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gannan in the southeastern Chinese province of Gansu , † 1854 in his home?) Was one of the most famous living Buddhas / Trülku of Tibet. He was given the honorary title of Galdan Siretu Samadhi Bakshi Erdeni Nomenhan by the Manchu Emperor . He was the 73rd Ganden Thripa from 1837 to 1843 . He was considered to be the rebirth of the first Tshemön Ling Nomenhan . As the ruler of Tibet, he ruled Lhasa from the sixth month of 1819 to the sixth month of 1844 (the 24th year of the Jiaqing era to the 24th year of the Daoguang era). He was exiled to the Amur (Heilong Jiang) by the emperor and died in his native Gansu after he was allowed to return there.

The Qing Xuanzong shilu (factual reports from the Daoguang era) reports that he was banished to the Amur (to Heilongjiang), handed over to the general there, placed under house arrest and was not allowed to have any contact with other people. This event was named Tshemön-Ling-Nomenhan - Incident .
