Etonam Nicole Anyomi (born February 10, 2000 in Krefeld ) is a German soccer player .

Career

In the club

Anyomi started her career in the youth of the SuS Krefeld and switched via Borussia Mönchengladbach in the summer of 2014 to the B-youth of the SGS Essen , for which she has since been used in the B-junior national division . In the summer of 2016, the striker also moved up to the Essen Bundesliga squad and was on the professional squad for the first time on September 11, 2016 against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim . After all, Anyomi celebrated her Bundesliga debut against 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam on October 15, 2016 after substituting for Kozue Andō .

At the 2019/20 DFB Cup final against VfL Wolfsburg , Anyomi broke her tailbone and SGS Essen will be absent for an indefinite period.

National team

Anyomi was invited to a screening course for the U-15 national team for the first time in September 2014 and made her debut in the national jersey on October 28, 2014 in a 13-0 win in the friendly against Scotland, with the goal of making it 3-0 in the meantime first goal succeeded. After making her debut for the U-16 national team in September 2015 , she finished second with this national team in the summer of 2016 at the Nordic Cup . At the end of September 2016, she played her first game for the U-17 national team in a four-nation tournament against the Romanian selection .
