Night Demon is an American heavy metal - band from Ventura , California . It consists of three members.
Band history
Night Demon comes from the California underground metal scene and was founded in 2011. Influenced by the New Wave of British Heavy Metal , the band released their first CD in 2012, the self-produced EP Night Demon . Various appearances followed, including in 2014 as the opening act for Diamond Head and Raven as well as at the Keep It True festival . With Curse of the Damned , the band released their first album in 2015. This album was voted album of the year by the listeners of a smaller US radio station. In Germany, Night Demon played for the first time in 2016 at the Bang Your Head festival in front of a larger audience.
The second album Darkness Remains with the new guitarist Armand John Anthony was released in 2017 and was presented by the band in Germany at various festivals such as Summer Breeze , the Rock Hard Festival and the Party.San . At the Metal Hammer Awards 2017, Night Demon were recognized in the Up and Coming category. As the opening act for Accept , Night Demon is touring Germany in 2018. Further appearances in Germany are planned for the same year, including for the second time after 2017 at the Rock Hard Festival in Gelsenkirchen and for the second time since 2016 at the Bang Your Head Festival and for the first time at the Wacken Open Air .
