Nika Daalderop (born November 29, 1998 in Amsterdam ) is a Dutch volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career hall

Daalderop started her career at VV Amsterdam. From there she moved to the Papendal talent team in 2014 . The outside attacker also played in the national junior team of the Netherlands. In summer 2015 she was appointed to the senior national team for the first time . At the end of 2015 she received the Ingrid Visser Award as Talent of the Year. In 2016 Daalderop switched to the German Bundesliga team Ladies in Black Aachen . In December she was named Amsterdam Talent of the Year ("Fanny"). Shortly afterwards she received the Ingrid Visser Award as Talent of the Year for the second time in a row. In 2017 Daalderop switched to league competitor Allianz MTV Stuttgart .

Career Beach

Daalderop formed a duo with Susanne Kos in 2014 and came in fifth at the U19 World Cup in Acapulco . In 2015 she was sixth with Anke van As at the U18 European Championships in Riga . With her new partner Joy Stubbe she then won the U20 European Championship in Larnaka . At the U21 World Cup 2016 in Lucerne , Daalderop / Stubbe took fifth place. Then they were again U20 European champions in Antalya and successfully defended their title from the previous year. At the Gstaad Major, they were in the main draw of a FIVB World Tour tournament for the first time . Two weeks later Daalderop / Stubbe won the Dutch championship with a final victory against Braakman / Sinnema in Scheveningen . With Mexime van Driel , Daalderop became U19 World Champion in Larnaka.
