Niklas Rudolf (born March 6, 1996 in Leipzig ) is a German volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career hall

In his youth Rudolf played volleyball in his homeland at VC Markranstädt , VC Leipzig and the LE Volleys . In 2013 he moved to the junior team of VC Olympia Berlin , with whom he played in the second division in 2013/14 and in the first division in 2014/15 . Then Rudolf moved to the second division champions SV Lindow-Gransee . After two seasons from 2015 to 2017, he moved back to his home country and played the 2017/18 season at the LE Volleys.

Career Beach

Rudolf started playing beach volleyball in 2011. With Clemens Wickler from Upper Bavaria , he won the bronze medal at the U18 European Championships in Brno in 2012 . At the side of Lower Franconia David Sossenheimer , he was German U18 runner-up in 2013 and won the bronze medal at the U18 European Championship in Maladsetschna (Belarus). In 2014 Rudolf played alongside Max Betzien and Eric Stadie , with whom he took part in the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing . Together with Clemens Wickler, Rudolf was U20 European champion in Cesenatico . In 2015 Daniel Wernitz from Solingen is also his partner. In 2016 Rudolf started the season with Lars Lückemeier , who had to end the season early due to an injury. After changing partners, he was able to reach the German championship with his Finnish partner Santeri Sirén in 2017 . In 2018 he started with Felix Glücklederer and in 2019 again with Daniel Wernitz at national tournaments.
