Nils Zatl (born April 3, 1992 ) is an Austrian soccer player .

Career

Zatl started his career at FC Pasching . In January 2010 he switched to the national division ATSV Sattledt . After two years in the regional league, he joined the regional division FC Wels in January 2012 . With the Welsern he had to relegate to the national league at the end of the 2011/12 season . In January 2013 he moved back to the regional league, this time to Union St. Florian . After scoring twice in twelve games in his first 2012/13 season, he was able to score ten times in 29 games in the Regionalliga for St. Florian in the 2013/14 season and was thus the top scorer of his team.

In summer 2014 he moved to SC Ritzing . For the Burgenland, he scored nine goals in 24 regional league games in his first season. The first half of the 2015/16 season he had to pause due to a torn cruciate ligament. During the 2015/16 winter break, he moved to league rivals SV Horn . With the Horner he was able to advance to professional football at the end of the season. After the promotion, Zatl made his debut on the first day of the 2016/17 season against FC Liefering in the second division .

After relegation from the second division, he moved to Cyprus in July 2017 for first division club Doxa Katokopia . After the 2018/19 season he left Doxa Katokopia. After half a year without a club, he moved to Kazakhstan for FK Taras in February 2020 . In August 2020 he terminated his contract with Taras. He then returned to Austria for the 2020/21 season and moved to the second division Floridsdorfer AC .
