Niobe Friedrich (born August 27, 1964 ) is a former German soccer goalkeeper .

Career

Friedrich belonged to FC Bayern Munich in the 1989/90 season . During her membership in the club, she won the association cup with the team and thus qualified for the final round of the DFB Cup . After the reigning cup winner TSV Siegen won a 1-1 draw in the round of 16 , the necessary replay in Siegen , which did not find a winner after extra time , was only decided 5-3 on penalties . With narrow victories at SC Klinge Seckach and at SV Grün-Weiß Brauweiler in the quarter and semi-finals , she reached the final with Bayern .

Friedrich played for the German Football Association in two international matches.
