The review by Stefan Johannesberg from laut.de emphasizes that “the Hanseatic people often (intentionally) move to the pain limit of what is reasonable”. "Those who prefer rough flows and skills will continue to include Deichkind on their 'Wackiest Crew' list." Readers and editors rated the album with 4/5 points. In the German charts , the album stayed at number 17 for four weeks, and in Austria for three weeks at number 56.
