Norbert Roske

Norbert Roske (born July 1, 1937 in Oggersheim , Ludwigshafen am Rhein ) is a German politician ( Die Grünen ).

In the 11th electoral term from June 22, 1990, he was a replacement for the retired deputy Waltraud Schoppe for the Greens in the German Bundestag and in the 12th electoral period from October 23, 1991 to June 20, 1994 for the Greens (from on September 21, 1993 parliamentary group Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ) and in the 13th electoral term member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

education and profession

After attending elementary school and commercial college to middle maturity in Limburg an der Lahn , Kirchheimbolanden , Gelnhausen and Mannheim Norbert Roske graduated in Mannheim an apprenticeship, which he shares with the commercial assistant letter completed. After attending the Friedrich List School in Mannheim for 3 years, he obtained his business school diploma. After graduation, he began studying law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg in 1958 , but later switched the faculty to philosophy , history and public law . 1969 Norbert Roske was in philosophy doctorate . From 1970 to 1982 he worked as a research assistant or lecturer at the University of Göttingen , after which he was temporarily a lecturer at the University of Osnabrück. From 1970 to 1974 he was released from the state government of Lower Saxony to found the University of Osnabrück . He was the first chairman of the founding committee of the University of Osnabrück and was a member of several planning committees until the course opened. In 1976, his appointment to a professorship in "Epistemology and Methodology of Social Sciences" at the University of Osnabrück was rejected by the Lower Saxony state government after he had been proposed for this position by the appointment committee, the faculty council and the Senate. In 1991 Norbert Roske founded an institute for ecological economic and regional planning (Ökoregio-Institut). His main focus is regional economic development.

politics

During his studies in Göttingen, Norbert Roske belonged to the Communist League of West Germany (KBW). In 1985 he joined the party "The Greens", for which he sat in the 11th electoral term shortly from 1990 in the German Bundestag (member of the economic committee) and in the 12th and 13th electoral term in the Lower Saxony state parliament. Here he was a member of the Committee on Budget and Finance and the Committee on Federal and European Affairs.
