Norbert Scharf
Norbert Scharf (born January 6, 1952 in Kallstadt , † March 28, 2010 in Bayreuth ) was a German politician ( SPD ).
Scharf was a locksmith by trade and lived in Kemnath . There he was a member of the city council from 1978 to 1999 . On May 9, 1990, Scharf replaced Christa Meier in the Bavarian State Parliament . He did not sit there long, however, as the election period ended on October 14th of the same year. Sharply represented the constituency of Upper Palatinate . From 1990 he was a member of the district council in the Tirschenreuth district and from 1996 to 2002 deputy district administrator . In 1997 he moved to Erbendorf and was a member of the city council from 2005 to 2008.
