Norberto Eugenio Conrado Martina OFM (born September 6, 1930 in San Lorenzo ; † August 28, 2001 ) was Bishop of the Argentine Military Ordinary .

Life

Norberto Eugenio Conrado Martina joined the order of the Franciscans , made his profession on June 29, 1954 and was ordained a priest on December 26, 1956 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of the Argentine Military Ordinary and Titular Bishop of Satafis on November 8, 1990 . The Archbishop of Buenos Aires , Antonio Quarracino , donated him episcopal ordination on December 9th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Ubaldo Calabresi , Apostolic Nuncio in Argentina , and Emilio Ogñénovich , Bishop of Mercedes-Luján .

On March 7, 1998 he renounced his titular bishop's seat in the course of the new allocation directives of the Roman Curia .
