The North Shore Studios ( formerly Lions Gate Studios ) is a large movie production studio, which is north of Vancouver , British Columbia , Canada are. Alongside Vancouver Film Studios , the studio is one of the largest studios in North America . It takes about 20 minutes by car from downtown Vancouver and about 30 minutes from Vancouver Airport to the site. The studios were acquired by Bosa Development Corp. in 2006. sold.
