Nové Stanovice (German Neu Donawitz ) is a village in the Stanovice municipality . It is located nine kilometers northeast of Bečov nad Teplou and belongs to the Okres Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic .

Nové Stanovice is located in one of the foothills of the Tepler Highlands and belongs to the ChKO Slavkovský les protected landscape area. To the north is the Stanovice reservoir . The Výhledy (707 m) rises to the east, the Uhelný vrch (772) to the southeast and the Dražovský vrch ( Trossauberg , 689 m) to the south .

Neighboring towns are Háje and Kolová in the north, Pila in the northeast, Podlesí and Dlouhá Lomnice in the east, Rybničná and Dolní Dražov in the southeast, U Močidel and Dražov in the south, Teplička in the southwest, Stanovice in the west and Cihelny in the northwest.

history

Nové Stanovice was founded in 1847. After the abolition of patrimonial , the settlement formed a district of the municipality of Donawitz in the district of Karlsbad from 1850. From 1946 and 1960 the village belonged to the Okres Karlovy Vary-okolí and since then again to the Okres Karlovy Vary. In 1991 the place had six residents. In 2001 the village consisted of ten houses in which seven people lived.
