Obervogteiamt Hohenfels

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Obervogteiamt Hohenfels was an administrative district in the south of today's state of Baden-Württemberg . The Hohenzollern Obervogteiamt belonged to the Principality of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen from its foundation in 1806 to 1822 . In 1822 the Obervogteiamt Hohenfels was assigned to the Oberamt Wald . The area consisted of the former Teutonic Order Hohenfels with the localities Deutwang, Kalkofen, Liggersdorf, Mindersdorf, Oberndorf and Selgetsweiler. With the exception of Oberndorf, which today belongs to Herdwangen-Schönach , these places form the Hohenfels community today .
