The Ocean Diva Original (also OCEANDIVA Original ) is the largest party ship in Europe , which was prefabricated as a hull on the Elbe shipyard in Boizenburg in the 1990s and completely built in 2003 in the Netherlands . Other watercraft of the operator are the Ocean Diva Futura (1997) and Ocean Diva Classic .
history
The river cruise ship Vladimir Vysotskiy of the Dmitriy Furmanov class with four passenger decks, which was not completed due to the collapse of the Eastern Bloc and the Soviet Union , was ordered from the German shipyard VEB Elbewerften Boizenburg / Roßlau for one of the Soviet shipping companies. It belonged to a series of 27 + 1 ( Vladimir Vysotskiy not finished) ships manufactured from 1983 to 1992 , a further development of the Vladimir Ilyich class from the same shipyard. The stern segment was cut off from the last, 129.10 m long ship, which was planned as Vladimir Vysotskiy , and used as the base for the new ship. The interior of the fuselage was manufactured and assembled in the Netherlands in 2003.
The Ocean Diva Original is used in Dutch cities. On special occasions, such as B. Cologne Lights , she comes to Cologne.
Furnishing
The ship has three decks. There are three halls and outside deck areas available for events. A central hall has a dome that can be opened so that larger objects can also be exhibited inside the ship.
