Odoardo Agnelli
Odoardo Agnelli (born October 19, 1813 in Grottammare , Marken , † September 24, 1878 in Rome ) was a Curia Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church .
Life
Odoardo Agnelli received on 23 September 1837 by the Bishop of Ascoli Piceno , Gregorio Zelli OSB , the sacrament of Holy Orders . In September 1875, Agnelli was from Pope Pius IX. appointed President of the Pontifical Diplomatic Academy in Rome .
On April 3, 1876, Pope Pius IX appointed him. as titular bishop of Troas . The Archbishop of Fermo , Cardinal Filippo de Angelis , ordained him episcopal on July 9 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Ripatransone , Francesco Alessandrini , and the Auxiliary Bishop in Fermo, Francesco Grassi Fonseca .
