Without my team is a song by the German rapper Bonez MC and the Austrian rapper RAF Camora , in which the rapper Maxwell has a guest appearance. It was released on September 6, 2016 as the fourth single from their collabo album Palmen aus Plastik .

Allegations of plagiarism
The artists RAF Camora and Bonez MC were often accused of using the melody of the song by the French rapper MHD , in particular by his song Afro Trap, Pt. 5 (Ngatie Abedi) , to have copied. In a Facebook comment, Bonez MC explained that while MHD's Afro-Trap series served as inspiration, it had a completely different melody. Initially, MHD was even planned as a feature guest, but after he did not give any feedback, the feature was canceled. RAF Camora also stated that the melody of the sample used came from a trance music library and only happened to resemble the track from MHD. He also said he didn't care about the allegations either. “The song turned out great and I stand behind it with every fiber of my body. As can African Trap, Pt. 5 sound similar. I am extremely celebrating the MHD album. "
When asked if he felt copied by the song, MHD replied in an interview that he was flattered that he had served as a source of inspiration. “And that is the goal of the Afrotrape. That it is spreading everywhere, not just in France. I am pleased that it extends to Germany and Austria. For me this has nothing to do with copying or plagiarism. "

Without my team , it reached position seven in the single charts in Germany and was in the top 10 for a total of six weeks and was in the charts for 88 weeks. In Austria the single reached its highest rating in 61 chart weeks with position 43 and in Switzerland in 26 weeks with position 58.
