The Gargano Ragwort ( Ophrys garganica ) is a species of the Ragwurzen ( Ophrys ) in the orchid family (Orchidaceae). It blooms from April to May. It has not yet been conclusively clarified whether this species is really to be regarded as a separate species or whether it is only to be regarded as a subspecies of the spider ragwort . Since it is currently considered to be independent, it is also treated that way here. Other authors put it as a subspecies Ophrys passionis subsp. garganica E. Nelson ex H.Baumann & R.Lorenz for Oster-Ragwurz ( Ophrys passionis Sennen ).
