Orange2Fly is a Greek charter airline that operates charter and special flights as well as wet lease flights.

history

The airline was founded in September 2015 by former employees of SkyGreece Airlines and started operations on September 12, 2016. In the first few months of operation, Orange2fly had already concluded contracts with operators from various European countries such as Germany, Spain, Austria, France, Belgium, Greece, Cyprus and countries from North Africa.

Orange2Fly rents some of its aircraft to other companies in the summer months, including Corendon Airlines , TUI Airlines Belgium , Smartwings and Aigle Azur . In addition, Orange2fly took over the Pristina flights of the insolvent German airline Germania at the beginning of 2019 .

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the resulting loss of orders, Orange2Fly had to return three of its four Airbus A320-200s to the lessors in June 2020.
