The Orco rises on the Gran Paradiso glacier. Then it flows on the border of the Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso through Ceresole Reale and then through Noasca to Locana . The Valle di Pian Tonetto flows into a hamlet of Locana . The Ribordone flows into the Orco in the municipality of Sparone . The Soana flows into the next municipality, Pont-Canavese . Only a little later at Castellamonte flows into the Orco of the Gallenca . The small Malesina flows in above Foglizzo . At Chivasso it flows into the Po .
