reception

criticism

Stephen Thomas Erlewine from Allmusic gave the album 3.5 stars out of five. The album is suitable as a soundtrack and fits into playlists of every popular genre. Matt Souvigney from The Daily Campus also gave 3.5 stars and particularly praised the singles that were released in advance. While the first half of the album consists of potential hits, the second half is not very convincing and the album is unbalanced. Alexis Petridis from The Guardian rated the album two out of five stars and criticized the fact that the band is too oriented towards mainstream pop.
