Orlando Lenzen

Orlando Lenzen (* 1999 in Cologne ) is a German actor .

Life

Orlando Lenzen grew up as the son of a couple of actors in Cologne. His father is the Cologne actor Georg Lenzen (* 1966), his mother the actress Silke Natho .

Orlando Lenzen was already in front of the camera for TV productions during elementary school. In the ARD film Suddenly Uncle (2009) he was seen alongside Elena Uhlig and Fritz Karl . In the third part of the ARD television film series Alles was Rechts ist he played the little Moritz Dörfler, whose two fathers had a bitter custody dispute, alongside Michaela May , Sonsee Neu , Aleksandar Jovanovic and Max Herbrechter .

He made his first stage experience in 2009 at the Schauspiel Köln as a young Orestes in Karin Henkel's Iphigenie production. In the 2012/13 season he appeared in Karin Henkel's stage version of the Dostoevsky novel The Idiot at the Cologne Theater . At high school he shot several commercials, including a. for Milka . In the 4th season of the TV series In all Friendship - The Young Doctors (2018), he took on a leading role in the episode as a young patient who suddenly collapses after routine treatment and worries about his mother, who is also sick. He had another leading TV role in the 14th season of the ZDF series Notruf Hafenkante as Jannik Maas, whose sister was killed in an illegal car race and who is now trying to prevent his father ( Uwe Bohm ) from committing a crime out of revenge.

In the 2019/20 season he took on the role of the young refugee Rasul in a few performances at the Burgtheater -Studio in Vienna in the production of Kriegerin based on the film by David Wnendt . In the Cologne crime scene: Never without me (first broadcast: March 2020), he had a supporting role as a young father who cannot afford to support his daughter.

In October 2017, Lenzen began studying Protestant theology at the University of Bonn . He lives in Cologne.
