Oskar Yellow Hair

Oskar Hans Gelbhaar (born March 17, 1881 in Zwickau , † December 17, 1945 in special camp No. 1 Mühlberg ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

The son of a secret government council , studied Gelbhaar after visiting the Kreuzgymnasium in Dresden law 1900 in Freiburg and until 1903 in Leipzig . During his studies in 1900 he became a member of the Normannia Leipzig fraternity . After exams, legal clerkship and doctorate to become Dr. iur. (1908) he worked in 1909 at the district court in Stollberg in the Ore Mountains and shortly afterwards at the Dresden administration . In 1914 he became a government assessor . His participation in the First World War ended in 1916 when he was seriously wounded as a first lieutenant in the reserve . In 1916 he was Regierungsamtmann at the Amtshauptmannschaft Leipzig , 1919 Councilor and 1921 upper government in Saxony Interior Ministry . Until 1924 he was a consultant in department A ( reparation ) at the Reich Ministry for Reconstruction . In 1924 he went to Kreishauptmannschaft Dresden , 1926, he was Deputy District Chief of Kreishauptmannschaft Chemnitz and government representatives at the Commodity Exchange Chemnitz. In 1933 he joined the NSDAP (No. 2992723) and became deputy district chief in Leipzig. In 1941 he became a Reich judge at the Reich Administrative Court .
