Oskar Freiherr von Sanden (born August 31, 1811 in Tussainen, Ragnit district , Prussian Lithuania ; † June 19, 1874 at Gut Hagelsberg, Ragnit district) was a German landowner and administrative lawyer in the Kingdom of Prussia.

Life

Burchard attended high school in Tilsit . From 1832 he studied law at the Albertus University in Königsberg . In the winter semester of 1833/34 he was active in the Corps Littuania . After completing his studies, he entered the Prussian civil service and was initially employed at the courts of appeal in Königsberg and Köslin and at the district court in Tilsit, then with the government in Gumbinnen . As Kreisdeputierter he was born on March 1, 1842 provisionally for District ordered in a circle Ragnit. As a trainee lawyer at the Königsberg Higher Regional Court , he received his final appointment on February 1, 1843. He remained in office for 31 years. Sanden sat as a member of the constituency of Gumbinnen 2 (Ragnit Pillkallen) in the 2nd legislative period from 1949 until his resignation on December 28, 1851 and in the 10th legislative period from 1867 to 1870 in the Prussian House of Representatives . During his first membership in parliament he belonged to the parliamentary group of the Left, and during his second parliamentary membership of the Conservative Party .

He owned the Hagelsberg estate in the Ragnit district. On November 22, 1843 he married Klara Marie Molly Nernst (1822-1901) in Tilsit . Of the four children, only the three daughters grew up. The East Prussian manor owner and parliamentarian Kurt von Sanden was his nephew.
