Oswald von Uechtritz-Steinkirch

Oswald Konstantin von Uechtritz-Steinkirch (born March 26, 1824 in Siegda , Wohlau district ; † March 6, 1902 in Berlin ) was a Silesian lawyer and politician.

Life

Oswald von Uechtritz-Steinkirch attended high school in Oels and studied law in Bonn , Breslau and Berlin . He worked as a public prosecutor in Breslau and as a member of the chamber judge in Berlin. From 1859 to 1876 he was the unpaid director of the Breslau-Schweidnitz-Freiburg Railway Company .

Von Uechtritz-Steinkirch was a conservative member of the Prussian House of Representatives from 1877 to 1888 , in which he represented the constituency of Breslau 2 ( Militsch - Trebnitz ). On January 27, 1883, as a candidate of the German Conservative Party, he won a replacement election in the Reichstag constituency Liegnitz 1 ( Grünberg , Freystadt ) and was a member of the Reichstag until the end of the legislative period in 1884.

Since 1845 he was a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn and a member of the Breslau Freemason Lodge Friedrich zum Golden Scepter .
