Otto Aschmann
Otto Aschmann (* 1888 ; † 1965 ) was a German businessman and politician ( CDU ).
As the previous parliamentary leader of his party, Aschmann was the first CDU mayor of the city of Oberhausen from November 10, 1948 to November 24, 1952 .
