Otto Christoph married Catharina Witte von Schwanenberg (1682 - 1730) in 1710. Their son was Christoph III. von Richter (1713 - 1762), who held the office of the Livonian Knighthood Secretary and was a court judge.

Possessions

Adamshof

The Adamshof was also known as Hilleboldshof and can be traced back to the year 1401. The war commissioner Johann Hillebold, who still owned this property in 1682, pledged it to the government councilor Otto Christoph Richter, who combined it with the Siggmund estate and passed it on to his heirs. He was the grandfather of the later privy councilor and governor Christoph Adam von Richter.
