Otto Fetser (born May 1, 1980 in Satu Mare , Romania ) is a German handball trainer and handball player .
Career
Otto Fetser was born in Romania and came to Saarland at the age of three . At HSG Spiesen-Elversberg, the left-hander began playing handball, later he played for SG Waldfischbach and TuS Landstuhl . At the age of 15, the right winger was allowed to train with the then top club TV Niederwürzbach with greats like Andrei Lavrow and Christian Schwarzer . In 2000, the Bundesliga club TV Großwallstadt signed him , where he occupied the right wing with Bernd Roos . With the TVG he reached the semi-finals in the 2000/01 European Cup Winners' Cup , in which he was defeated by SG Flensburg-Handewitt . In 2005 he moved to the second division TSG Ludwigsburg-Oßweil . But already in the second half of the season he joined Eintracht Hildesheim , with whom he made promotion to the Bundesliga in 2006. After the immediate relegation in 2007, he signed with the second division TUSPO Obernburg . For the second half of the 2010/11 season he moved to HG Saarlouis , where he ended his career in 2013.
From the summer of 2013, Otto Fetser, who has a B coach license , trained as a player coach for the Bayern league club TSV Lohr . In October 2014 he was given leave of absence. Since January 2020 he has been a trainer at the district upper division club TSV Partenstein.
Private
Otto Fetser is married and has two daughters. In addition to sports, he completed training as a fitness trainer and worked as an automobile salesman.
