Otto Frommhold von Buhrmeister , Lord on Saltack († December 23, 1782 in Saltack (island of Ösel , Livonia )) was a German-Baltic nobleman , Oesel district administrator and land marshal .

Life

Otto Frommhold von Buhrmeister was a judge in charge of Ösel, öselscher district administrator and from 1772 to 1780 country marshal. In 1780 he resigned from office for health reasons and because of old age.

Origin and family

Otto Frommhold von Buhrmeister came from the noble von Buhrmeister family , which had been established since the 17th century . They owned important land on the island of Ösel in Livonia . His father was the magistrate Otto Georg von Buhrmeister (* approx. 1695 † September 26, 1760) who was married to Anna Christina von Berg (* November 28, 1694 † July 20, 1759).
