Otto III. von Holstein-Pinneberg (* 1426 ; † 1510 ) was the ruling Count of Holstein-Pinneberg .

He was the third son of Otto II von Holstein-Pinneberg and Elisabeth von Hohnstein .

He ruled Holstein-Pinneberg and the county of Schauenburg after the death of his two oldest brothers Adolf X. and Erich from 1492 to 1498 together with his younger brother Anton . In 1498 the brothers divided the rule. Otto remained unmarried and died in 1510. Anton and Johann also followed him as Counts of Holstein-Pinneberg, so that the county was reunited.
