Franz Hermann Otto Röhr (born November 22, 1891 in Magdeburg , † January 8, 1972 in Arnsberg ) was a German athlete .

At the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912, he set the first official world record in this discipline in the 4 x 100 meter relay together with Max Herrmann , Erwin Kern and Richard Rau (42.3 s). In the final, however, the German quartet was disqualified after a mistake. Röhr also started in the high jump , where he was eliminated in qualification, and in the decathlon , where he gave up after four disciplines.

In 1915 and 1919 he was German champion in the 110-meter hurdles .

Otto Röhr started for the SC Charlottenburg and the Dortmund SC 95 .
