The Chinese action and martial arts actress Lucy Lin visits the Berlin Film Festival. There she meets her ex-fiancé, Interpol agent Tom Young, of all places. Young is on the trail of the unscrupulous cyber criminal Kayser, who uses a software virus to bring 30 stretch limousines under his control. Including the car in which Lucy is sitting with her manager. A wild hunt through all of Germany begins - and Lucy has no choice but to place her life in the hands of the man who left her standing in front of the altar without any explanation.
