Pölling is a place in the municipality of St. Andrä im Lavanttal in Carinthia ( Austria ). It has 233 inhabitants and is located seven kilometers northwest of St. Andrä on the Saualpe .

history

Pölling was first mentioned in 1245 under the name Polan. Pölling was an independent municipality until 1964 , since then the place has belonged to the municipality of St. Andrä.
