LEDA / PGC 39841 (also NGC 4288A ) is an elliptical galaxy of the Hubble type E / S0 in the constellation Hounds in the northern sky . It is an estimated 314 million light years from the Milky Way and about 35,000 light years in diameter. Together with NGC 4288 , it forms the optical galaxy pair Holm 371 .
