LEDA / PGC 8028 is a barred spiral galaxy of the Hubble-type SBc in the constellation Phoenix in the southern sky , which is an estimated 236 million light years away from the Milky Way . Together with NGC 822 and NGC 862 , it forms the small NGC 862 group ( LGG 50 ).
