LEDA / PGC 830 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Pegasus north of the celestial equator . It is around 209 million light years from the Milky Way .

Together with NGC 1 , NGC 23 , NGC 26 , PGC 619 , PGC 654 and PGC 912 , it forms the NGC 23 group or LGG 2 .
