Pablo Birger (born January 6, 1924 in Buenos Aires ; † March 9, 1966 there ) was an Argentine automobile racing driver .

Career

During his career, Pablo Birger took part in two races for the Formula 1 World Championship , each at the Argentine Grand Prix in Buenos Aires . He failed to finish both times. In 1953 on a Gordini Type 15A of the French works team, he retired just before halfway through the race with engine failure. Two years later, this time with the Type 16 from Gordini , he collided with Carlos Menditéguy in the initial phase and dropped out again.

He died in a car accident in his hometown in 1966.
