Packebusch (Osterburg)

Packebusch is a residential area in the Königsmark district of the Hanseatic city of Osterburg (Altmark) in the Stendal district , Saxony-Anhalt .

geography

The settlement is located in the Königsmark district, two kilometers southwest of Königsmark and 5 kilometers east of Osterburg in the Altmärkische Wische landscape protection area in the Altmark . The Cossitte flows north of the village.

Neighboring towns are Osterburg in the east, Maierbusch in the north-west, Königsmark in the north-east, Uchtenhagen in the south-east and Calberwisch in the south-west.

history

In 1608, a Packebusch farm , which gives the von Bismarck tenants, is mentioned for the first time. Further mentions are 1620 Hoff zum Packbusch , 1745 Hoff zu Pakebusch , 1804 Pakebusch or Hof zu Pakebusch .

Until 1662 the farm belonged to von Bismarck zu Krevese, from 1662 to 1745 to von Kannenberg zu Krumke, in 1775 to von Jagow and in 1801 to the heirs of von Redern .

The owners of Ackerhof No. 8 in Königsmark were Schroeder from 1751 to 1783, Cunow from 1783 to 1857, Eichel from 1857 to 1868, Prigge from Seehausen from 1868 to 1901, CC Bode from 1901 to 1910 and Klickermann from 1910 to 1945.
