Pagudpud is a Filipino municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte and is located west of Cagayan on the South China Sea . In 2015 it had 23,770 inhabitants.

Pagudpud is famous for its white beaches with coconut trees and crystal blue water. Otherwise the land drops very steeply towards the sea. A stilt bridge leads to Kalbario-Patapat National Park and to Cagayan .
