Dingras is a municipality in the Philippine province of Ilocos Norte . In 2015 it had 38,562 inhabitants. Numerous rivers flow through the municipality, the largest of which is Laoag . Because of its abundance of fish and oysters, it is important for many families to secure a livelihood.
