Palais Weiss

The Palais Weiss ( Romanian Palatul Weiss ), also Weiss Schloss , Weiss Palace , or Weiss Apartments , is a listed four-story building on Piața Victoriei in the western Romanian city ​​of Timișoara .

The Palais Weiss was built in 1912 by László Székely and Anton Merbl for the Weiss entrepreneurial family in an eclectic style with Baroque and Art Nouveau elements from the Vienna Secession and is located next to the Timișoara National Theater and Opera House and the Timișoara Hotel .
